How long will it take to receive my order?

Because most of the jewelry is handmade to order, we require a 2-3 week turn around time. Items that are in stock will shipped 1-3 business days. Some gold pieces may take a bit longer and bridal orders take 3-4 weeks.

Once your order is on the way, you'll receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking.

What carrier do you use?

All US orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail (2-3day) with insurance, tracking and delivery confirmation. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship using USPS

RETURN POLICy

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept exchanges for unused merchandise within 30 days of receipt for store credit. Credit must be used within 1 year from the date of purchase. Bridal and custom orders cannot be exchanged.

Please contact the studio via email at aespinosa.mm@gmail.com for a return authorization before sending any merchandise back.

Customer is responsible for safe return shipping. AE Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
